Getting released on 31st March
Hi friends I am getting released on 31st March in tcs Pune what's the situation of Bench are there good project what's the process of changing base location in bench. Can anyone tell.
I just completed 1 yr in tcs getting released from project due to budget issue I want to relocate to my hometown tcs nagpur currently iam in tcs Pune thinking of getting project which has odc in tcs nagpur that will work on me
Changing base location on Bench is next to impossible. That needs to be done by the project.
You can check with them but they will give the cliche answer of not possible during NP. But you can change it totally depends on whether they want to do it or not.
Second, project depends on your tech stack but if you have 2 or 2 + YoE just jump ship. See projects that have opening are starved and need talent so bad you can forget Work Life balance. Its almost non existent. Plus alot of politics and you never get the recognition you deserve.
