Getting released from the project

How to get release from the project? I have already completed 2 years in the project. Manager and Delivery manager is not ready to listen. Not even HR is supporting. They are forcing to go to client location which is in another state. Got the email from delivery manager to face the consequences if not reported to client office. What would be the consequences?
