Getting released from Project
My Team lead asked if you want release from the project now (I was asking for release since last year)

Purely and solely depends your confidence & skillset. If you get released & get offer outside then you can be a immediate joiner.
May companies prioritize immediate joiner than skillset. Seen multiple such cases. TCS is NOT the only COMPANY.

If you have skillset and it has good requirement in market. Then definitely take a chance. All the thing in matter is money, as current perfectly defines it doesn’t matter which company it is they will whatever benefit for them. So if you get the good hike and good opportunity then definitely leave.
