Trending @Infosys; Getting release or transfer to different projects

I have joined Infy almost 8 months. The project I am in is running on old technologies and I give more than 12 hrs daily. This overwork is f****** up my work life balance and I am tired of working in this project. May I know how to get release from current project if there is a way or get transition to different projects?
