Trending @Infosys; Getting rejected all the time

Hi viners, I have been working in infosys for the past 2.9 years and I am working as a mainframe developer, thought about switching companies and I have applied over more than 20 companies so far as a mainframe developer, their need as a mainframe developer is expected experience should be 3-5 years and other relevant skills and technology

But I get rejected each time and see such mail in the morning really lows down my confidence, is this really the AI is rejecting or my experience doesn't meet the eligibility

Please guide me and suggest some technology for switching companies.
