Getting promotion

In which grade you joined TCS , if C1Y then automatically you will get two promotion ASE & SE in 2 consecutive years and then after 4 years you will be eligible for ITA promotion & it totally depend on your Project Manager & your dependency in Project.

For C2, you have to be minimum of 4 years of experience. And promotion has to be discussed with your manager. And your manager has to take this with unit lead. It's their call actually.
