Trending @Cognizant; Getting Project release due to not being able to follow the RTO
Hello All,
Are there any openings for Veeam Backup Administrator L3 position in Cognizant in Mumbai location specifically as I am getting a project release due to not being able to work from Hyderabad location.
If any requirement kindly let me know I can join from July month as then I will be on bench.

You were released because you didn't go to office?
Yes , I asked them to provide me one seat in the Mumbai location to which they said for one person alotting a ODC is not possible then post then they also asked me to find a conference room for daily basis to work from office...to which I agreed but I asked them to provide cab approval for night shifts...they are not providing that as well...and simply giving a release.. I found this very illogical in the first place... But cannot battle alone for so long have to accept...
Hmm..but it's good for you that you came out of such project if they couldn't understand basic requirement.
You got to understand that if the project needs odc then the rto push is coming from clients not cognizant. So it is clients who would have asked to release you from project!!!! This is the fact
