Trending @Infosys; Getting out of Support

I am SSE, working in a Support project from last 16 months with no work, everything is on Autopilot mode. Earlier it seamed fun but i realised i am learning and gaining nothing. So i started Exploring Cloud as Tech, recently have cleared 'Aws Cloud Practitioner' and learning in progress. I want to make a career in Cloud technology. Please can anyone advice me on how can i get out from this and get into a Cloud Domain? I am currently waiting for 18months which will be completed in two months to get eligible for IJP. Any advices?

Congratulations on getting your first certification and stepping into the world of cloud, here's what you can do,

  1. Use the AWS free tier extensively for 12 months to gain maximum learning.
  2. Do some mini side projects.
  3. Get more certifications.
  4. Decide if you want to be a cloud developer (max coding), cloud architect (designing and minimum coding), cloud administrator (mix of designing and coding).
  5. Apply for roles within and outside of the organization.
    Good luck!!!!
