Getting offer from 16lpa from Tcs

my current package is 13lpa (11 fixed pay) 7 months in accenture and now i am getting offer from tcs 16 ctc, should take this offer , bcs i am little worried about tax and it is my 3 rd switch

While it is a good hike, not a great one to jump on other side ignoring everything else. IMO, job safety should be given high priority during this uncertain times (due to AI) than minor salary differences.

Yes join tcs, if you want loose your mental balance. Peace of mind and ready to do boot licking manager,ready to work work from office all days, follow strict dress code, unethical practices.if yes then go ahead and join tcs
