Getting odd vibes during negotiation

So I have offer from KGS for 20 lpa .

I was in loop for VOIS , first they decided to give on current only which I rejected and said I have offer and I am looking for better .

They started forcing me to share the OL, I shared the comp structure, yet they were not satisfied.

In the end the offer they released is exact same as KGS .

WHY would I join if they did this much back and forth just to give same who gave me that without counter offer .

Role sap stack. Yoe 7.10 cctc 10 lpa

So how you think? Which is better to join cause offered is exact same for both
