Hi, Today I got mail from HR.performance. regarding : i will be placed on the Mandatory Performance Improvement plan (PIP) to overcome the Performance gaps.
Because I got NI (Need Improvement) Rating in last Performance appraisal cycle.
Any one have idea How they do PIP process. How many days it taken? What is procedure for this? What type of question or how they conduct test for this. Any tips to pass this PIP? And pass percentage? Please.
After completed this PIP. depends upon my score they will increase my salary or not ? Because, My work experience is 4.5 years still I got 30k only .
Anyone please explain this ...

Yes, I am in project now. Allocated project end at Jan 30. already another person have assigned for my role. KT is going for that person. Manager said me before rating publish put me on bench or assigned another project After this rating not get any updates.

Find a new employer. ASAP.
