Getting minimum hike in oracle
Having total 12 years 9 months exp . currently working as principal consultant in oracle for past 2 years and 9 months and receiving only 18 LPA . how much i can expect in my next switch or shall i get offer and retain in oracle. how much oracle will pay for retaining employees ?
@GrowingCockpit retaining in Oracle is not a good idea. As far as i feel, even i am looking to switch.
I got a decent offer last year end and I am retained by Oracle saying they provide hike near to what i was offered in themonth of May 2024. Till now there is no update regarding the focal in Oracle
Hi @CutePool .. did you got any update regarding retention.. mine is also the same case.. I also got no update so far.. pending from May24 too.
Next switch you need to aim for atleast 60% hike
