Getting minimum hike in oracle

Having total 12 years 9 months exp . currently working as principal consultant in oracle for past 2 years and 9 months and receiving only 18 LPA . how much i can expect in my next switch or shall i get offer and retain in oracle. how much oracle will pay for retaining employees ?

@GrowingCockpit retaining in Oracle is not a good idea. As far as i feel, even i am looking to switch.
I got a decent offer last year end and I am retained by Oracle saying they provide hike near to what i was offered in themonth of May 2024. Till now there is no update regarding the focal in Oracle

Oracle or Cars24

Hey

I am working as a SDE-1 at cars24 fixed is 23LPA also received the offer from oracle for the MTS role. Fixed is 21LPA + 48kUSD RSU But in JD work is related to tools and test development. What should I do ? Stay in Cars24 or switch
