Getting lowballed - How to negotiate?
Got an offer from an e-commerce company but they are low balling me based on current CTC. The budget for the role is 20-30% more than what it being offered (I know this because I have friends on the same role and same exp)

When you are being low balled, you have to be brutally honest you are being underpaid in your current role and state what is the range for this offer in the market and make your concern in a positive way by saying you like their company if you genuinely do. If that doesn't work try to showcase what you are being offered in other companies and say you are interested in their company.. it is not a guaranteed way .. it depends on how bad they need to fill that position, how great you have done with their interview, and how quickly they want to close this !!
