Trending @Capgemini; Getting low ctc
Hi all ... I'm looking for help from you. I'm React developer front end with 4 .5 years of experience. I'm getting just 8.5 LPA only. It is very difficult to survey and run my family in metro cities with this. And I'm feeling this is very low pay when compared with other React developers in CG. May I know how much CG provides CTC for 4.5 + yeo for React developer. Any idea how to increase my CTC within CG.?

Problem is you doubt your expertise.. be bold enough to talk to anyone from Director or above position & let them know that despite all the good work you are doing you are underpaid.. so I thought that before taking any drastic step I should connect with you
But for all these conversations, first trust yourself and have confidence in yourself and then make sure that these people don’t convince you that you are paid well & all the crap

Hi @Swetab777 Agree. But if I talk to director or above position for this they may ask me to connect with my N+1 first. And I'm not sure if my N+1 can help here.
I'm having a C2 Manager grade and having 9 yoe but getting a low pay than the consultant grade having 5 yoe only.

Choose the correct director/VP to connect to. The ones who say that connect with your n+1 are the ones who don’t have any authority and just try to delegate you.. I think find a person whom you think is successful, they won’t try to delegate you by using words and guide you genuinely

Capgemini dont pay , we all know that . Switch job
I am non IT getting 5.5 for 11 years of exp . I am taking loan to survive.
Me too looking to switch.

There's no way of increasing CTC without changing the job, good luck with your job hunt, if someone else is willing to pay more for the work you do then I suggest you take it.

More than enough package
