Freshers - 2024 passout Hired on digital One of my friends got selected for same role but he rejected I had no jobs till that so I joined and now she placed her bet on startup now she's earning 15 lpa just after switching sometimes I feel just give wings of November cycle and then may cycle if possible exit with innovator atleast but sometimes I feel its tough for me why don't just switch I am decent at dsa done cp also for some time but now feeling stuck at this job what should I pursue aggressively
Comparison is the thief of joy. I got selected for the Prime interview but was demoted to Ninja — not even Digital. It’s not just because I’m not capable, but because they weren’t interested in interviewing me. Then I told myself, ‘Let’s just get in, then I can clear Wings.’ But after preparing for Wings since January, Just 15 days before the exam, they said I wasn’t eligible as I had chosen the wrong technical track, and they didn’t release my hall ticket. I had selected the track only after asking my TD head. Now, I’m fed up. I’m upskilling myself and trying to switch, but now the layoffs are happening. Still, I haven’t lost hope — I’m trying my best. So, don’t feel like that.
You are the hope of ray that never gives up same happened with me but I demoted to digital and now I'm upgrading myself to it keep the flag high 👍
