Trending @Infosys; Getting ignored at work? Need help

I have seen that people are not reaching out and also not assigning new stories I am just there fix someone else shit, the BUGS. What should I do? Can I leave the project and if I do so what will happen will they send me to PIP as they are going to give me bad reviews that is what I am anticipating! Can someone suggest ?
