Trending @Infosys; Getting frustrated on the job switch process
I want to switch, but I'm not sure why I'm not getting interview callbacks. This entire process can be really annoying. It's also had a negative impact on my mental health.
Any advice on how to overcome this.

Could you please advise, post mentioning 30 days NP, they won’t release in 30 days and new company will not going to agree for delaying joining. Then, how this will work?
This is not a full proof idea but you can take the offer and try to negotiate with them afterwards regarding the DOJ and try to gain advantage of the offer you got while talking with other HR's as they will prefer you bcoz u got an offer in hand showing them u are good in technical
