Trending @Infosys; Getting Frustrated in BOFA Project
I joined 3 months ago in infosys JL 5 CTC 12 LPA Experience : 6 Years Aproxx shifted to Bangalore Now I have already bought flat in kolkata and wanted to do job from their only Tell me which option will be perfect for me :-
- Give medical certificate and come to kolkata office 2 ) Switch the company 3 ) Wait for 1 year for IJP ??

Option 3 is the most illogical one. The same thing happened to me as well—I was in the FDM unit and got selected for the CIS unit through an IJP, but they still asked me to continue in the BOFA project even after my selection. It’s been a year now and despite clearing the IJP, I’m still stuck in BOFA. Honestly, BOFA is a trap—they won’t let you move out easily. Try to change if you can
Option 2 is most logical. Option 1 you can use for short term. Option 3 is 15 more months. And what is the guarantee you will get through IJP. You should talk to your testing unit managers and push for release , it won’t be easy as no one likes to disturb status qui
