Getting early release
I am getting released from an existing project and allocated in another project. Now I got an offer and I wanted to resign, now what should I do? Should I resign in an existing project or should I resign after going in another project of which allocation starts from 1 April to get the earliest release.

Resign before u release so next project won't hire u , most probably end up in bench , where in bench u can get early exit
