Getting different project! Urgent response
I resigned on 6th of August. And the project were based on cobol, unix, git, sql. Now I'm getting a chance to switch to the different project which consists of java, spring, postgresql. But they are not willing to increase the salary. Is it worth it to switch the project or just look the job outside?

Switching projects can offer new skills, but if salary is a concern, exploring external opportunities might be wiser. Consider your long-term career goals before deciding.
