Accenture offered Cloud Support analyst role and 8.34 LPA CTC. Including 6.9 Fixed CTC and remaining variable pay. Should I take it ?

~7 fix, ~1.4 variable ~ 20% variable.
Variable is a bit high considering lower base. Negotiate for larger base -> 7.5 base minimum is good. Larger base will be useful in future jumps.
Take it and try for counter offers... Mean while your notice period also reduces.... But it is too less salary hike
