Getting CTC 8.34 LPA from Accenture, current CTC is 6 LPA. Should I accept?

Variable is a bit high considering lower base. Negotiate for larger base -> 7.5 base minimum is good. Larger base will be useful in future jumps.

Take it and try for counter offers... Mean while your notice period also reduces.... But it is too less salary hike
