Getting an offer of 11.5L from Infosys
Getting an offer of 11.5L including 10% variable. Currently C1 here but I have cleared Wings 1.
From last April - Due to C band my salary which supposed to be 8.45L (from Wings) is down to apx 5L
Getting around 35-36k PM as of now, but high chances of getting A/B band this apprisal which will enable the Wings incentive of 26k more on top of 36k.
Given all of this into factor, should I join Infy?
It took me 5 years in TCS to hit that number. Plus, that offer from Infosys is just your gateway to negotiation.
Use that to resign and then keep interviewing more during the final month of your notice period.
Are you mad you are getting 11.5 lpa directly also it is never confirmed in tcs that you will get a or b band and even if you get wings component also it will be less than infy package
