Getting an offer but hr asking to join in 1 month. Is it possible at tcs to resign and buyout even though I am 100% deployed and engaged.

Not possible bro!! How on earth you can think that TCS will help you out in any way. On the contrary they will push you to serve 90 days even though there is no such need. You can try but just talks wont resolve anything.

Yeah I know. It will be tough to negotiate when you are deployed. What can work...is what I want to explore. Terms are ok-ok with manager but I highly doubt he will be helping me. Chakraview rachna hoga 😄
