Getting a job role with requires a good CGPA

Hey everybody ,

Long story short , Me (who already has a job ) wants to switch to another company , but that company demands a good CGPA as one of the criteria to join them , which I don't have . I work in a well reputed organization in India . Any HR's reading what can I do to bypass the CGPA criteria and at least prove them of my worth .
