Getting 70k for doing nothing in WFH
It has almost been a year since I joined tcs as a fresher. I get paid 70k per month for staying at home and doing nothing. My team doesn't have any tasks for me. I work in another company with tcs as secondary income. Since my joining all I did was write a code to demo my understanding of a certain topic which took me 2 days. Since then nothing. I don't even join the standup meetings. No one cares. Days go by when I don't even open the laptop.
That is how tcs makes you useless.

I just confessed it because it was a hard thing to keep to myself. Not that I am happy with no work. I tried asking multiple times but they just don't care. So why would I. Anyhow I plan to leave this company after an year
