Getting 40% hike, good or not?

I have 3.5 yoe and am currently at 8.5LPA and got call from another company to schedule for an interview if I am okey with 12 LPA fixed excluding gratuity pf, etc.

Is it a good offer or shall I look for another one?

But being here in tcs too, I can reach 11 this year and then we have wings exams

It's upto you to decide how can you reach to 11 from 8.5 here in tcs I don't think it's possible if you get 30% hike then you will reach 11 decisions is yours what's your experience have you joined tcs as fresher?
