Getting 30 % hike
Hi ,I have 2 yr experience working in tcs as Digital associate. I joined as Fresher.
I have offer with 30% hike from infosys.
should I go for it ??

Take that offer and try for other company before joining hope you will get more offers if you have lesser notice period
30% doesn't sound the best offer to make a switch. You can either negotiate for a higher offer in Infosys. But you can switch if you believe your current team or manager or project is hindering your growth in TCS.
40 % ?? hr is saying max 40 % he can give but 10% will be variable pay.
It completely depends on the numbers. If after 40% hike, out of whatever your final CTC becomes, if you're able to plan to increase your investments/savings by about 15-20% current investment/savings per month, while maintaining the same lifestyle you're leading now, then it's a good offer in my opinion
Were you in Notice Period while applying for Infosys, or they were ok with 90days NP ?
