At the time of “Reflections 2023”, I had some disagreements with my Team Lead(who is my Supervisor). Because of this, she gave a negative review about me to my N+1, which led to a “Needs Improvement” rating(Indirectly 4 Ratings).can I challenge this Ratings by anyway ?

You can challenge your rating through an appeal process. Present your case clearly to higher management. Be prepared with evidence of your performance and contributions.
