Get release from project

Please anyone tell me how to get release from a current project.

Scenario: I got stuck in my current from last one year and no learning nothing is happening. Please let me know if you know the procedure Please please!!!

I am in Morgan Stanley project in Pune and in testing field. There I asked for automation but only assigning with manual tasks

Why don't you automate the test scenarios and create a position for yourself? That way, your visibility will increase and your aspiration will be met.
