Get idea on moving abroad

Hi, I have 15+ years of experience in branding and marketing role (which is considered genralist) in Indian FMCG co. drawing 22.5 LPA Am thinking to move to UAE for better pay package and munch some money as I didn't see any big leap is possible in near future. What are the prospects for moving out ?? Shall I considering UAE as an option ??

I visited UAE for a day and I’ll never go back, it’s so hot that even a 5x salary won’t inspire me to move there.

I’d suggest EU as getting a visa is easier compared to US. However, European countries also come with their problems like racism, language barrier, winter (if you don’t like cold).
