We recently let go of a male intern who was being disresepctful to the allocated mentor. She is literally one of the best engineers we have ever hired. She extremely senior and it is a shame that this new generation of GenZ engineers. The constant bickering around design practices + dsa + leetcoding was super unproductive for our teams honestly. It is a shame that Women in Tech have to face this.
