Genuine question about rmg

I am ready to go for the project but after Internal project ,why no one is giving me the "Temporary allocation" is this normal? As this creates unnecessary pressure as rmg days keep on counting Any remedy for this?

Sadly no. They removed the temporary allocation because project would block people and then release to RMG again and again. RMG is asking for minimum 6 months allocation from accounts.

I don’t think getting a project also will help u now. Even if u get rmg won’t allow u to get allocated. Don’t waste time and prepare to switch. I have seen this happen with many. It’s a myth that u ll get a project

I am not sure about anything at this point 1 guy from Bengal is not behind me i am pleading him saying profile dosent match I think he will pull me in as he escalated it to rmg
Now rmg says give evaluation and all
I seriously think that guy is toxic AF
