Just received update from my home manager that I have been promoted in Q1. It will be effective from Jan1. So I will be receiving remaining salary too.
I have completed 3 years in cognizant.

In FAQ it’s not written that you will get updated salary from 1st Jan. The eligibility criteria is effective from 1st Jan maybe in April you get promotion?
I don't think so this is correct info, Q4 completed no promotions & Q1 from April it will be effective. can you share screenshot and more over if you asked release from project HM will say like this things. If you promoted your associate 360 position will change to tech lead or respective postion. Don't believe HM blindly 🥲🥲. GSD people still saying promotion window not opened . Can you pls share last year rating.

You will receive an email and updated compensation will be effective from 1st Jan if the promotion is effective from 1st Jan.
