Genuine advice please
My project lead have been talking very aggressively to me multiple times on call for around 6 months. After repeated asking him to behave professionally i have escalated the same to my manager last month.
Now my manager has gone against me and is taking every step to show non performance and initiate PIP for me
What should I do
Escalate to HR before they prove you are non performer so that they will worry to make you down but keep evidence for proof one is enough to down them
They have escalated to hr already. Now what should I do
Learn on your technology atleast if you start now might you get 3 months period to change company .. or if they move you out if project you can get another project with some skills .. accept for time being not because you are useless just to become more knowledgeable on your skill on that project
