I think this will go the Internet way

Not sure how chatgpt will impact us but for image generation/stable diffusion ... I see it as a quality tooling upgrade. It will have a major impact as noobs can now also generate quality images. The pros will now be even faster/Better at their job like we see in the Adobe firefly demos. I expect the efficiency gain would lead to around 20-30% job loss in the artist/creator industry, even more for freelancers.
On the negative side it will lead to all kinds of fake news due to fake images

IMO, it will definitely create a bubble which will burst eventually, similar to the dot com bubble. But this is unlike the web3/crypto bubble. Eventually only a few companies will survive but will be market leaders.

But this ai bubble still have some usecases unlike crypto nft bubble which was so shit
