its always good if you hv good skills and level of exp. is < 10-12 years

That's the real issue fr. I have good skills but current project is a legacy project so entire 5 yrs of work experience is on age old tech stack which attracts no new job opportunities.

So I have been trying to tweak and fake my resume a bit. Haven't seen much success from it though
