I am a lateral joiner with good experience in Python, Genai. I am capable to building GenAI applications like search tools from scratch using RAG approach. And have already developed prod ready applications in previous organisation. Couldn’t get a project in this skillset in infy. Any suggestion on how to land on such projects?
Pick an accelerate task related to the above skills which u have mentioned, if they like your work , managers pull the person to the production projects What I have heard . Another way would be check with TPD person of a unit . Go to infy me search TPD -> select our teams -> select the unit name say DNA > here the name of the group project manager would be visible , you can connect with this person and check for an opportunity.. Assuming currently your are in bench
