Genai engineer- help

Hi all, I have restarted my career as a Genai engineer recently (6 months ago) This is the first time I am working in python project. I have built some poc using streamlit for internal team. I am good at Azure ai services, different agentic frameworks (langgraph, azure ai agent, openai agents),Rag, prompt engineering, rag evaluation,langchain , copilot studio,langchain,mcp server, ai guardrails, ML basics, aws bedrock, sagemaker.. I am also good at Azure environment But i still feel like I am missing lot of things . If you are working in a client project as an AI engineer , can you help me understand what is the expectation in a real project? I am new to this development field, so any input is helpful.
