Trending @Cognizant; Gen C Pro PA to A promotion

I’m a GenC Pro PA at Cognizant, completing 30 months by March 2026. My current CTC is 5.58 LPA and I received a rating of 5 in 2025. How much salary increase can I expect if I get promoted to Associate? Does performance rating influence the percentage of salary increase during promotion?

You will get a CTC salary of 6.69 LPA, yes, i understand, what will come to your mind, but this is the CTC that they have for the promotion. It doesn’t matter when you are getting promoted. Even if you are getting promoted from five LPA to associate, then also you will receive the same.
