Gen AI or Full stack

I joined a startup as a fresher, they told me pick btw gen ai or full stack for my training , I'm confused which one i should choose, but i never learnt frontend technologies, all i did ML projects/ Data analytics, learned stats, linear algebra. But people around me say there are a lot more opportunities for full stack ( go lang for backend). Please help me

I believe that you should join Gen AI because you have already worked on ML Projects, Data Analytics, Statistics & linear algebra. It will be easier for you to cover Gen AI concepts due to familiarity with ML concepts instead of going for full-stack development which requires frontend technologies.

Moreover, for others who aspire to become data scientists. I created a group where students can ask their doubts about the data science job market and career opportunities. There, I also work as a mentor to guide students. Here's the link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/B6weknl7133BQXjPva0pgB

I just sent mail to the manager about changing my learning track full stack into gen ai , let's see. I hope I won't regret my decision. If he rejects then I'm happy with full stack too

Initially voted for Full Stack, but after reading about your profile, I can say GenAI js a much better idea. Do learn about golang in your free time if you want to. But def. Focus on GenAI, you’ll develop applied skills in ML as a side thing as well. (bonus: its hot atm)
