Is anyone working on the same? How's the work? Is there are any GenAI projects there? I know it's big 4 work life balance is hit or miss but please share your experiences!!

Yes, I have friends working in EY GDS in Gen AI roles. They have projects with top clients from various domains. Don't worry about working on legacy softwares or projects
