Gen AI course completion status is not reflected in ievolve

I have completed Gen AI E1. It's not reflecting in the system that it's completed. I have raised a ticket in GHD. I have the attached the screenshot of the result. But, am receiving mails from them that I need to attach the screenshot of course completion. I have already sent it but still they are saying screenshot required. Any way to talk to them ?
