Ge vernova offer letter delay

Hi, I recently cleared 4 rounds of interview with ge vernova after 2 days hr called and said results are positive, salary was confirmed it has been 3 days he is rejecteing my call and not responding to my mails. Will he get back or should I drop my hope.
