Trending @HCL; GCS claim for more than year
I joined HCL in September 2023 and have not claimed my cellphone and broadband reimbursements until July 2025. I would like to know whether I am eligible to submit these claims now.

Ask your RM first and then claim , else your creation effort time will be lost .
Also ask him how to create as well
Before 3 months bill require expeception from delivery manager so RM will try to ask you to skip

I have raised for 1 year and it will go to you L4h approval

Upto 3 months only RM approval.. 3-6 is possible but with exceptional L4H approval… more than 6 is tough I guess…

Of course you can claim these using the GCS portal. You can claim for the last 3 months bills. Go ahead.
