Gave wipro's interview for mainframe role and they have asked for documents like salary slip etc.
Can anyone tell when can I expect the offer to be released ?
If they've asked for documents it means that they are considering you for the role but before getting the offer letter, you'll have a salary discussion with HR. Be prepared to have a good discussion and put in your points for a higher salary as per your experience, do some market research too,(glasdoor and other forums) on the typical pay for the role and exp. That should help for a fair discussion.
Yes I have already done it.. but the process it seems is a bit slow. Keeping the patience is a bit tough as depending on market conditions getting an interview only is a very tough job. Anyways fingers crossed. Thanks for the reply
