Gave interview at deloitte but there is no communication and update from the HR.What should I do now.

Deloitte recruitment process is very slow. You may as well Start applying at other places. Even if the process starts it will takes weeks even months for them to process your joining letter. You can send a reminder mail every week till they reply

It's happening with lot of companies bro.. Not just Deloitte.. They took my screening round and ghosted me even if my skill set was matching and I answered all the questions in that round.

I have 3 offers on hold.. Idk why.. Companies started ghosting people after taking managerial rounds🥺🥺..
