A 3-4 month gap is usually fine if you have a good reason. Companies often accept resumes with such gaps. Just be honest and explain it well.

Actually im on bench from 2.5 years and I have failed PIP and now there are no calss fro testing so i am willing to learn new technology and switch .In case infosys do termination earlier i will get gap. Im asking in this context?
