I'mma keep it real, PC anyday. Why? No subscriptions for online play. Vastly more versatile for other use cases. The option to pirate games. Freedom to choose accesories according to your needs and budget (gamepads, headphones etc.) Upgradability down the line. You can have a decent 4060ti/5060 build for around 75k. I know it's a bigger price upfront but trust me you'd recover it from ripped games alone lol

If you want to play ps exclusive games, alot of bit older ones(gowr,tlou,etc) are part of ps plus subscription, will easily keep you occupied for year or two. Apart from that games are expensive on ps5. You can get cheaper deals on steam (pc).
I saw other comment that guy left about pirating, if you are cool with that you can opt for pc. I personally find all that a bit time consuming and just want to enjoy games so, I add in my library whenever there are deals. Also, ps certainly provides better gaming experience (games are more optimized imo) afterall it was made mainly for gaming purpose.
Whatever you choose, I would recommend a decent monitor even for pc
PS5 will be much better
