Gameskraft Review
Received an offer from Gameskraft for SDE - 1 role in the DevOps team, 0 YoE; want to know the culture, growth, learnings and whether the ESOPs are worth it.
Base - 18 L Annual Bonus - 2 L One-time Bonus - 2 L ESOPs - 10 L (vested 25% each year)
Just from a cash perspective, this is a good offer, many people are struggling to get offers, and this is excellent for a fresher.
Not very sure about the growth opportunities and all.
But as you are in DevOps. Try not to get stuck in just one aspect of all the components that you will be exposed to. I have seen people who have spent time only on the CICD portion, or only on the kubernetes portion. Don't limit yourself to just one technology. That will severely limit your growth.
See if you can explore the different cloud providers, kubernetes, jenkins, ansible, and don't forget to develop your thought process
