Agreed but to give more insights People manager is same Like Employee he has no authority to change anything . Because if rating as given 1 backened HR changes to 2 and also Hikes and all also has no authority for people manager HR always points to check with your GOL or leadership.
The key players are OL and GOL only .
Then why people manager concept means just to take blame by employees .
All seniors leaders doing shit and hiding behind the name of people manager. As simple as that.
